Hi All
I removed this steering wheel from a 1954 Olds 88. Its missing the center horn button, and there's cracks in the plastic. In addition the horn ring does have bumps in it, some might clean up with a good scrubbing. I'm guessing the horn ring was chrome plated then painted silver over that. Some of the silver paint has flaked off showing the chrome finish. I believe all the horn parts are there except for the button.
