15x7 Wheels - Fair Condition - $150

I have a set of 15 X 7's in fair condition.
Everything in the picture. Wheels, rings, centers, I don't know what you call the small stainless rings.
I would like to get $150 for everything.
I would prefer a pick up only. I am in Downingtown Pa, just west of Philadelphia.

I will be at the Keystone drag races in a couple weeks if that helps.

What is fair condition? Are the rims bent at all? or not sure? Paint isn't a concern as I will repaint them to match my body color but I'm assuming all the trim rings (the small ones) are there? I could possibly pick up but it'll take a little prep. I'm in northwest NJ but not unfamiliar Philly. Used to live nearby on the Jersey side.
thanks!

Response to 'fair condition'

Hey 96
Great question - The rims are not bent. I just want to be honest and say they will need repainted because I did a terrible job of painting them back in the day.
The chrome rings in the pics - none of them are show quality - they have dings, etc
The center caps - none are show quality.

I am in Downingtown, which is just off the PA Turnpike at MM312.
I work in King of Prussia on weekdays 9 -6pm - which would be closer by about 20 mins.

Buy both sets for $200. (the 15" and the 14")

Thanks for looking.

They appear to be '75-'77 Olds Cutlass wheels. The little rings are called bezels.

Thanks Android
I am sure I bought them at Carlisle or at a swap meet somewhere back in the day.
Back then all I cared about was if they were 15".

Thanks for looking and thanks for the help.
