1 31 spline axle for 1968 442

When I pulled apart the diff a few months ago to replace the press on bearings…one of the bearing spun on one of the axles. I replaced both axles with Moser custom order axles.

I have one good axel for Olds Type “O” diff with press on bearing. Out of 68 442 with 3.91s.

$175.00

Thanks for looking!
Chad

These are just not regular 442 rear end but a Heavy duty rear end. Was only used on Pontiac and Olds only that I know of. Last year I traded my 68 4.33 posi (31 spine) for a 3.42 rear end. The guy came down to my house from Canada to trade. Finding one is like finding a W-27 rear end. Good luck maybe fix one of your axles.

I apologize for going off topic - the wheels on your car - what are they? They look flat like an early version of ss wheels yet those can't be the 14x6 pizza cutters. They look great whatever they are.

Thank you! They are the Year One 17" reproductions. 8" wide fronts, 9" wides rear. Rears support 275/40s
