Anytime, anyway that wouldn't be from the car in your avatar would it?? If so it don't look like a droptop to me

No, but it could be that car had/has (the avatar is too small for me to see with my old eyes) a blue vinyl top.

I was just saying to the OP that if in fact it is from the car in his avatar, then the tag don't match the ride. Does look sweet though and I personally would love to see some pics of a triple blue '70 98 Droptop

Sorry, you are correct! I completely missed the "67" when I read your reply the first time

Jason was helping me out

I have a 1970 azure blue 98, with blue interior, however, it has an incorrect white convertible top. I bought the car over this last winter and it dawned on me after looking at the top that it should have been blue. I didnt know how to decode the cowl tag to confirm and Jason jumped in and helped me. We started talking while I was looking at the ad for his 98. Since his is azure blue too, i was looking at it as a parts car but decided that someone else should buy it and bring it back to life.
Anyway, even though my top is in good shape, i am now wrestling with putting a blue one on to get back to where it is supposed to be. my problem is that I dont know which blue it was. I am guessing it was a viking blue but if anyone knows for sure or has an educated guess
, please let me know.
