unlimited possibilities so i guess you need to see if your paint code seems to answer that...and if your code does not, meaning the car was obviously repainted in a different color than original...then good luck ...

 

The car could have been painted many times since 72 and it might not even be a GM colour. It looks gold to me. If it is original, was Aztec Gold a 1972 colour?

Edit: Looks Saturn Gold to me.

 

Just looked at a paint chip chart on Ebay. Looks closest to "Saturn Gold", code #53. Used in 71' and 72'. Nice color Chumley

 

Just learned that this same formula was called "Nugget Gold" in 1970. Interesting thread under "paint" forum. Chumley
