Under hood bracket, pulley, etc color

Hi,
sorry this seems like a question that's probably been asked/answered here b4 but I can't find it in the forums.
On a 70 Cutlass what is the name of the black used on all of the under the hood Alternator, AC, power steering brackets as well as numerous other parts that seem to have that same black. Also, what's the best way to duplicate it? Does anyone know of a good rattle can color that's a damn close match? And is it flat , semi etc.
thanks folks

They're not all the "same" black; the finish and to a slight extent shading varied in whatever each supplier dipped it in, so to be correct, it should vary some. There are several commercial paints sold for this (GM Refinishing Black, for example.).
A co-worker redid his 1970 in the early 1990's and used Duplicolor semi-flat black from a "rattle can". On his recommendation, I used that in the late 1990's on my 1971 and am still happy with the results.

As oldoldss said, different parts are different colors and many were actually dipped not sprayed. I like to use ACE brand spray paint (flat, semi gloss, and gloss black depending on the part) as well as SEM trim black. In these pics you will see parts in each of those colors:
