What is 'correct' spatter paint color for trunk? (black/grey or black/aqua?)

Has B/A now, but obvious had been repainted.

I went with the black/aqua cause that's what was there from the factory. Bought the trunk kit from Eastwood products and got a new trunk mat from fusik and it came out awesome.

 

For future reference if you go to the TCP Global color library and look it up they show the original PPG color chip sheets and the trunk/luggage compartment color is usually listed on the front or the back.
It shows that the trunk should be painted turquoise (dark blue,gray flecks) in '67.

Use Zolatone for the rough texture paint in the trunk. That's what the OEMs used in that era.

 

My trunk spatter is black with gray and it's factory. I haven't seen the aqua color before however. Does any one have a pic of these? I can post a pic of mine if that would help you.
