1969 442 grille and headlights surround silver

Hello, I'm in the process of restoring another 69 442. Over the years I ended up with one new repo grille and the rest of the front end in good shape out of the weather since 1989. I just need to paint them. Other than going to the auto body supply and getting the new grille scanned. Is there any other alternatives? Thanks for the help.

I did mine about a year ago. The silvery part I painted Seymour's dull aluminum. The actual grill part I didn't paint at all - it still looks fairly decent. But the black in the headlight surrounds I painted semi-flat black.

Here's the right picture. The grill actually has a bit more shine to it than the headlight surrounds.

The seymors looks great, I've just not really heard of it around here. I'm going to give the Krylon a try since that seems to be readily available around here. I've had good luck with their satin black and a few other aluminium a d gray colors. My cars currently stored in one garage and pieces are every where for it. My only saving grace is I have 2 finished and assembly manuals to work from. I'm trying to get all of the small stuff done before I bring the car home and it takes 2 garage spaces for how many years.

Rustoleum metallic matte nickel is spot on for anyone doing a normal 69 cutlass grill.
