1963 F85 Cutlass

when i bought this car, i noticed over spray on rear window and chrome, not sure what kind of paint was used? how do i remove it? plus when i run my hand over it, i cant even feel it?? weird?

A razor blade and soapy water will take it off the glass. A really fine soapy steel wool pad will take it off the chrome, just be careful around the paint.
