Heater Control Valve

Hi there, my name is John. I have a 1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale with 70,000 miles on it. I believe it is the heater control valve that has rusted through and is spraying anti-freeze everywhere. However I can not locate a replacement valve. My car does have the 350 cubic inch V-8 with a 2-barrel carb and has air conditioning. There is a very short heater hose that comes from the heater core to this device. It has an electrical connection on it as well as a vacuum diaphragm. This unit is located on the passenger side rear of the engine next to the ignition coil. Not sure how to go about taking it out either. Does anyone else have this same heater control valve or has had this issue?

I've tried a number of auto parts websites and a version of this heater control valve keeps popping up everywhere, however it's totally different than the one that's on the car and there is no electrical flange for the plug.
