The 1961-63 215 motors were used by Olds, Buick, and Pontiac. The design was then sold to British Leyland, which made them for four decades, putting them in Rovers, TVRs, TR8s, MGBGTs, and a host of other cars. There is a large following for these motors and lots of parts, though most are in England.
The factory GM 4bbl intakes show up on ebay regularly. Normally I'd say use the stock GM carb, but this is one place where the E-brock 500 CFM (model 1403) is probably a better choice. That's what I've got on my 62. There is also an E-brock aftermarket 4bbl intake available. The Rover EFI system also retrofits. Any small block Buick HEI also bolts in (the 215 is really a Buick architecture, though Olds versions used unique cylinder heads and valve covers). Most cam companies sell different grinds for these motors. The 215 has a lot in common with the Buick V6, so things like oil pump upgrades are also readily available.
