New Leaf Springs, Weird Sound??

Alright guys, so i just got done installing a new pair of leaf springs and air shocks with poly bushings on my ride. When im driving around doesnt matter if im on the pedal or coasting in gear i hear a weird metal to metal light grinding type sound coming from both sides from the rear. I cannot tell what could be causing this. The sound wasnt there before. I dont know what could be causing this

Does the car sit higher in the rear now?
I'd check the rear U-joint first to make sure it isn't bad or rubbing on the pinion nut or something from the driveshaft geometry being off it sits a lot higher.
If it's not that it could be several things including the front U-joint, differential , fluid level, pinion and axle bearings and brakes just off the top of my head.

Just my two cents worth.
I'm sure not not a rear end expert, in fact I'm not what I'd consider an expert at anything but pounding nails.

Could be the poly bushings. Did you grease them good or use anti-seize on them?

Do you hear it over bumps, or all the time; sound varying with speed?
Does it change when gently applying the brakes?
