The heater control valve, non AC, on my new (as of last Tuesday) 1962 Starfire failed. I have bypassed it for now. Can anyone supply information on a replacement? What is the OEM part number? Is there a direct, aftermarket replacement available? If not a direct replacement, any recommendations on a unit that can be adapted?

 

I adapted a NAPA #660-1024 heater valve to work on my Starfire. I'm sure there are other alternatives.

 

Any pics of the valve? My 65 88 is missing the valve!
