64 starfire data plate questions

Is there any website or members that can decode this?

The best thing to do is to post a clear photo of the data plate (body cowl tag) on here. Several people will be able to decode it.

Someone should be able to decode it. I do know that the 11D in the upper left is the build date, and it decodes as fourth week (D) of November (11), so that would be November 1963.
