63 olds starfire hubcaps

Went to the iola car show found some oringal hubcaps for my 63 starfire but they dont fit right on the front wheels they hit the dust cover I was wondering if anyone know about these hubcaps? I was wondering on the clips that go on them got 2 but not sure how they go on the rim never really seen these before. Someone also told me about a template for repainting the rings on them anyone have one of these?

I have these wheel cover on my super 88. They are great-looking but kind of a pain when adding air to the tires. you can install the clips onto the outer lip of the wheel with a rubber hammer. There should be 5 clips per wheel but mine have just 4 and work fine. The clips should stay on the wheels when removing the wheel cover.

You should use 5 clips per cover and you can buy clip sets from Fusick in reproduction and they work really good!!
As far as a stencil for painting your covers is concerned I have one and it's N.O.S. but I paid $450.00 for it and I think that will convince you to maybe and try and paint them by hand yourself!!!
