1964 Super 88 vin help

I just bought a 64 Super 88.
3354711526 - I know it starts with a 3 which would make it Canadian, there's also a plate in the glove box saying its from Edmonton.
He told me it was a 63 but the VIN and the engine block point to it being a 64.

Style 3547
Body No. 311246
Paint W
Trim 343
A31A42A91

If someone could breakdown how the Cad vins are made compared to the American ones I'd appreciate it.
It's really hard to find any info on these cars anywhere. Or maybe I'm just not looking in the right places

"3" in the first position would be 1963, not 64.
"35" is Super 88 model line
"47" is Holiday Coupe
"11526" is the sequential build number
"W" is Midnight Mist paint (dark blue)
"343" is blue interior

"A31" is power windows
"A42" is six way power seat
"A91" is power trunk release

Thank you so much, never would have found any of this on my own.
Previous owner had the car repainted ge appliance white, I'll look into having it repainted Midnight Mist.
