I have an 84’ Cutlass and the door locks have not worked since I got it. The keys that came with it go into the lock cylinder but is met with a lot resistance and just won’t turn either way. The key will only unlock the passenger door but that’s it. The automatic door switch doesn’t work either. Anybody know what could be the issue here?

Disconnect the actuators. They may be locked up.

The relay's metal housing needs to be grounded to work. Check that first; should be in the kick panel.
