I have a 1985 442.
Can anyone help me identify this component on my A/C compressor outlet? It looks like the accumulator, but smaller, and it is not depicted in the service manual diagram.
About 15 years ago the car was converted from R-12 to R-134–is this part related to that?
Also not sure what the red capped valve is for.
