Hello all, I have a 1966 442 I’ve owned over 28 years and am at that age would like to see better backing in or out of garage. The car never had either side rearview mirrors. Is there anywhere I could find correct mirror placement measurements? Also does it need inside door reinforcement? Thank you for any help. Tom

 

The door has no reinforcement for the mirrors, assembly manual calls for part # 9422561 self drilling screw.
measured from the font of the door first hole is 20 inches, second is 21 1/4, they are 11/16 up from the top body line.
picture isn't very good ,I can't help with the passenger door as mine if from a 67 and the hole are way forward as compared to the 66 drivers door.
