I bought most of these back around 2000 individually and was trying to make up sets. My older sons had their fun when they were younger and saved the ones they liked. Yes, it comes with the puller and the little 6 wheeler next to it is also one, they are 30 pair. I sold the cooler ones and forgot these two.
