Chevy pick-up tailgate latch and bezel.
Bought for my old '02 for the bezel. I found it buried. 
I no longer have the truck. $25 + USPS large flate rate, or medium flat
without the plastic bubble, save about 4 bucks or so.
Don't believe that bs on the applications, it was made in Taiwan.
It will fit an '02 though. The quality? Your guess is as good as mine.
