Cheap Tow Vechicle 89 GMC Suburban 2500

The grandfather of my son in law wants to sell his Suburban. It is a one owner truck.
68000 miles
3/4 ton
Tow hitch with trailer brakes
350 motor with FI
Interior is in good shape
I didn't see any rust on the body but did not crawl underneath
Tan color
A/c has a leak in it
I can get pics if any interest or answers if any questions
