Any Chrysler experts here? Have a Chrysler factory aluminum small block manifold equipped with EGR. I think its a prototype that never made it to full production or a police car part? It's part number 4100337 and maybe from 1974 based on the 4 cast in the bottom. Anyone have any info on it or thoughts on value?
I believe this is a later 70's application, due to the offset thermostat housing. I believe the only 4bbl applications would've been the A38/AHB (police package) or trucks. I believe the Kit Car/RT/Road Runner F bodys also had a 360-4 optional as well. I don't know that I've seen one aluminum though, usually they were iron.
I'm reaching out to my Malaise Mopar crowd now. After 15 years in that category..its not often I find an odd duck.

Heard back from one of the trusted sources. He said without looking into parts books, he's thinking probably '79 (maybe '80) E58 optioned cars (generally police units). He said "back in the day" they used to pull the intakes off of cop St. Regis cars as they were aluminum. He said he's not sure if the California cars used the 360 manifolds as well, but for sure the non-California cars did.
