Help. 69 442 with chevy 400 making a horrible noise
So I have a 69 442 that came with a chevy 400 in it. I had a carb on it and it ran great in September. Then I parked it and started to work on it. I almost put an olds 400 that came from a 69 442 I have sitting in my garage (not numbers matching to my car) back into it but the chevy 400 ran so good I just decided to stick with it. Mostly just added bolt on parts and never got into the engine. On first start up after all the mods it sounds horrible (see video). I can't seem to figure out what is going on. So these are a few things I've done to it:
-vintage air AC system
-new water pump
-alternator
-new radiator with coolant
-valve covers,
-FITech efi system
-stainless steel fuel tank in tank pump
-plugs
-plug wires
-distributor
-flexalite fan and shroud
-changed the oil and filter
-jet-hot coating existing headers
Here are a few things I've checked:
-timing (checked severl times, static and with light)
-firing order (not a 4/7 cam)
-took the belts off all the pulleys so they don't spin.
-took the valve covers off to confirm they weren't hitting the rockers
-hooked up an oil pressure gauge, everything is good
I've pretty much checked everything I've done to it. Since it ran when it was parked and on initial startup after the mods I made it hasn't ran well so I assumed it was something I added to it. To me it sounds like a piston ring is scraping the outside of the cylinder wall or a small piece of something got sucked into one of the cylinders. It doesn't make any of the noise when I turn it over by hand so that makes me think something is in the cylinder. When I changed the oil it was dark black and almost as about as thick as 60 weight (somewhere between 10w-30 and 90wt gear oil). It made me wonder if there was something on the internals that needed the extra thick oil for lube and without that it made a noise. But there isn't anything subtle about this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Exhaust is hitting something on chassis.
Check flex plate and converter bolts.
An unsecured brake line or E brake cable will make that noise with vibration too.
Sounds tinny metal on metal.
