my 56 rat rod ....

i thought i would show you guys how my rat rod olds has progressed. before you send me hate mail because it has a small block chevy, hey, its a rat rod and thats me taking the easy way out. sorry, i like it. it gets lots of looks and we are having a ball with it. i love the olds body style! later guys.

my wheels are b&g rod works old school wheels. 17x8 on front, 18x8 on the rear..... thank you all for your positive comments.

Kartman, great car and thank you for saving my sanity - been looking for that kind of wheel for a while with no success. Any mods necessary or did they bolt on?

thanks michael, as far as the wheels, i am running all stock brakes, i lowered the car 3" in the front and 2" in the rear and i bolted the wheels right on , no mods at all and there are no rubs or any issues at all. i do get lots of compliments on them though.

Rusty?Maybe.Junk?No.And as far as the engine is concerned,it could have a Briggs and Stratton in it.As long as is goes down the road,who cares.I have a SBC in one of my olds,I get some crap from some people,but hey it's mine,it goes and it's MUCH easier to work on than the wife's 330 Olds,which still ain't right.
