Anyone do a 5.3L late model engine/trans swap in 68 to 72 cutlass?
Anyone do a 5.3L(out of late model GM truck) late model engine/trans swap in 68 to 72 cutlass? i have a 69 cutlass 2 door that i may want to do this with if not extremely difficult. any input is appreciated

There have been a few in the non-Olds powered forum. Basically just treat it like a Chevelle and buy the kits.

You have to be careful with that because some of the OD transmissions won't fit in the tunnel without modifications to it.

I agree there are some transmissions that require a minor/or major tunnel mods. Again its been covered and no one is reinventing the wheel with this mod anymore.
