Trailer hitch for 1969 delta 88

I am looking to put a trailer hitch on my tank. I know... why would i even consider it? But I want the option to trailer my bike. I want one if you have one. Or dimensions for the correct one so i can build it. Pics work, to give me an idea. They made them I just can't seem to find the info for it.

Thanks for all the help,
Rich

What kind of weight capacity are you looking for?

Anything other than a class 1 (up to 1500lbs) will reqiure a frame mounted receiver-style hitch. I doubt you'll find one of those on the shelf, but any good fabrication shop could build one for you. I really wouldn't recommend making your own unless you are an expert welder. The cost of a mishap on the road is way higher than what you'll save by DIY.
If you're just looking for a light duty bumper-mounted hitch, I have a new one for my '67 that might fit a '69. The frame is the same and the bumpers aren't terribly different. I could get some pics if you want.

thanks Copper, I was looking for a Class 3 for safety. I do have a brother in Law who is a welder. Just looking for some plans. I also didn't realize I put this in 98 instead of 88.
