Since getting my car back from the panel shop I have had some weird noises happening. I have added below some footage If people could have a look please so I can get an idea of what I’m in for. The footage should be of ‘clattering’ in the motor. Also when I drove out of the drive the other day there was a clanging under the car. Sounded just like a piece of steel attached to a piece of string bouncing off the floor of my car. Had a look nothing on the roadway.
thank you. Link below.

That sounds to me like top end noise. Maybe caused by a collapsed lifter, a loose rocker arm bridge, or something of that nature. I don't remember how long your car was not moving or running during it's stay at the body shop but the oiling may have something to do with it. You all just got out of your winter down under right? So not sure how cold it gets there but it wouldn't hurt to change the oil and go from there. Of course taking off the valve covers may help you pinpoint the problem as well but you might try everything else first before getting the top of the engine tore down and dirty.

It sat for a few weeks in the weather (never has the last ten years plus I had it, always garaged and it was fairly neglected by them). Over the four months only had a little time in the shop. Pretty sure they could not be bothered warming her up before moving it inside. Averages about low 50’s (F) here in winter.
I will be taking off the covers in the next few days for a look. I am just about to remove the running in oil and put good stuff in as soon as I find the correct spec oil. (Fully rebuilt engine). Any advice appreciated.
How many miles or hours has it ran since the rebuild? I would contact the engine builder before you do anything, otherwise they'll try and blame you for doing something to the engine if you start taking things apart. Even if it sat for a long time it shouldn't sound like that even with break-in oil.
Sounds like noisy lifters. If a lifter is stuck not much you can do but replace. I've seen/heard Rislone do amazing things to engines specifically of this age freeing up lifters & valve train noise. Change oil & substitute one quart Rislone for one quart oil, drive maybe 100 miles w/ Rislone, monitor noise. These older beasts are prone to crud & sludge in the oil. If noise begins to abate but not completely gone, you could try another oil change but with two quarts Rislone instead of one, drive another 100 miles monitor noise.

Not done more than 400 miles. The engine sat in its transport box for a number of years and put in last year. No engine noise like this. It’s all happened since I got it back from body shop.

Magic!
I am on the right road then as I already did the Rislone treatment and there was a marked decrease in the rattle there.
I have Sea Foam from another car is that as good?

Do not mix. Do another oil change w/ Rislone. As I suggested, replace two quarts oil w/ two quarts Rislone during next oil change. Drive ~100 miles, monitor noise. Should be appreciably far less noise.
EDIT: Don't wait 3,000 miles to do the next oil change - do it now.
