Hello from the new guy!

Greetings everyone! My name is Larry Ford and I'm a car addict. I've owned dozens of old cars since I was 14 ( almost 40 now). My current collection is a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL and a 1969 Olds Toronado. I recently aquired the Toronado and it's gotta be the most comfortable driving car I've owned yet (followed very close by my old 68 Riviera). She's in good shape but neglected for many years. I'll be leaning on you good people for help figuring out the massive vacuum system that runs front to back and literally appears to hold the yacht together! Lol! Look forward to chatting with all of you!

Welcome to the site, Post some pics of your cars. I'd like to see the Galaxie also. I was looking for a Galaxie when I stumbled on the Plymouth.

Hello! Yeah, I'll post some pics as soon as I figure out how. It seems I'm more literate with vintage tin than I am with cyberspace!

Doesn't seem to work from my phone, I'll do it this evening from my computer. I chose the Galaxie as my icon, so you can check that one out.

The Galaxie has the Thunderbird 390 that good for 325 horses with the Cruise-O-Matic 3 speed auto. Factory bucket seats and console floor shift.
