Newbie in Nashville

Hey all - I'm glad to find this forum. I grew up in the household of an old hot rodder, and I obtained a 1955 Olds Super 88 sedan from him. He and my son (his grandson) spent a lot of time with this girl. She's unmodified and runs like a dream. I'm sure I will ask a lot of questions as we intend to keep the vehicle original. Thanks in advance for the help.

Welcome aboard.

There are quite a few mid fifties guys here so help is only a post away. I'm glad that you left it original and we love pictures..... Tedd

Thanks all. I will get some photos up soon (just got the home computer up and running again). The 55 sedan I have is stock as well and is in good shape. I inherited it from my father who loved driving the car more then the many other cars he had over the years. He and my 15y/o son spent quality time working on it over the last couple of years, so it's sort of a family project to keep her running in her original form.
