hello from east tennessee

I recently purchased a '50 olds 98, two tone green. real good solid twenty footer car. Car came from Minot, north Dakota..i think it may have been sold by Mecum a while back. wondering if any of you fellers knew the car. I've always been a Buick Nut but couldn't find what i was looking for. But i'm well pleased with this big Queen..I live in Knoxville ,tn. retired from the Knoxville Fire Dept. If you ever travel to the Great Smokey Mountains stop by.

Welcome. The 50 Olds is a great car and the 50 Olds had quite a bit more power than a 50 Buick. Buicks are great cars and had some great styling. This is a great website and there are a lot of folks here who are glad to help. We would really like to see some pictures of your car and will hound the heck out of you until you post them. If you post pictures it might help somebody recognize the car. Thanks for the invite.

Welcome to the site.

I'll echo red's thoughts, If you can show us some photos or what ever else you might have about the car, somebody might be able to help.

Oh, and I would love to get to the smokey mountains.
