Hello Everyone
Greetings from a very cold Sioux Falls, South Dakota where we are in the middle of a snow and ice blizzard, (great for the middle of April). I am new to this site and own a 1965 Olds Cutlass F85 Convertible, which is very much a project car. I hope in the coming months to get started on a full frame off restoration and would appreciate any advice and tips about this project and where to go to get parts and in particular sheet metal body and rag top parts?
The car has a 330 cubic inch engine and is automatic. I am originally from New Zealand and run an automotive department at a High School Career and Technical Education Academy here in Sioux Falls.

Several guys on the site have 1964-1966 F85's and will be able to help you out. I am more into the 40's and 50's Olds myself. Post some pictures of ypur project so we can see the progress

Luckily there are places that sell 65 sheet metal that you may need for your build. Easy enough to find if you Google "Oldsmobile Sheet Metal". Sounds like you have a fair bit of work ahead. Looking forward to your build thread.

You are in the same boat I am..SNOW SNOW SNOW. Nasty ice storm and now snow. You and I may not get our cars out until August. I head to Slayton MN many times ( just an hour from you) My 1964 oldsmobile was originally sold from a dealership in Sioux Falls.
