introducing myself

new to this forum i'm an old hotrodder mostly old fords just got into a 50 olds 88 tudor stock, plan to hotrod it can't leave it stock
the following is planned over the next few months i do my own work

paxton supercharger
55 olds b&m hydro-stick
heavy duty front and rear swaybars
early sun tach
air lift air bags inside stock springs
53 12 volt gauges
plan to hot rod as it would have been done in the late 50's early 60's
hate the new stuff will be posting in the tech forums will need help from you 49 to 51 88 guys any old ideas will be appreciated

thanks darrell will be posting pictures as we go my brother rich lives on long island another big hotrodder 50 olds conv,40 ford coupe, 36 ford roadster and a 52 ford half ton were all car nuts or maybe just plan nuts

Welcome. Ross Racing Engines has a wide variety of hi po parts for the first gen Olds V8s, including aftermarket aluminum heads.

you guys built a 371 with tripower and a turbo 400 for my brother rich on long island for his 49 olds conv he's real happy a neck snapper
i'm putting a paxton on my 303 plan on mounting it on the generator side
(driver side) using a 3 groove harmonic balancer and 3 groove water pump pulley i want to put in a 605 box do you make a bracket that will mount a power steering pump on the passenger side down where the fuel pump use to be

Wow, I feel very ashamed to even be here asking questions about a 1977!!! There should be like a car 101 quiz before the site allows an idiot like me sign in, lol!!! Actually I was certified mechanic in several area's of auto repair. I never got into the mechanics, I went electrical and then got into automated machinery. Y'all can tell that tho by the simplest of questions I ask, lol. Good luck with the car Ron, Happy Holidays...
