Jetstar 88
It's a one-year-only script and not reproduced, so you'll need to find a good used one or a NOS (new old stock) part. They are also specific to the right and left sides of the car.
OE part # :
Grp 8.147, p/n 384620 (RH) 384621 (LH), script package, "Jetstar", 1964 J88.
Interesting that the Jetstar I uses the 384620 on both sides of the car, so if you need it for the right fender and find a 64 J-I parts car, you can get it off either side.

Here's one on Ebay right now, pretty sure this is the '64-specific piece, does not specify which side. Did not know they were "side" specific, I gather the difference is in the placement of the mounting posts:

Here's another, said to be for the left side, but with some broken mounting posts:

My own car, a '65 jetstar I, had a different style to the script, which is how I am (pretty darn) sure these are both for '64 cars (correct for J88s or Jetstar Is).
