Hi from Pontiac, MI

Hello, my name is Todd, I'm 47 and live in Pontiac, MI. I've lurked for quite awhile and finally joined. I currently have 3 of the "forgotten years" but love all Oldsmobiles. This looks like a very nice site.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! Paul's is a good interior shop rroth01, they've been around a long time. I had Carl's do my Supreme buckets and vinyl top, he does excellent work and was with Pauls for many years before opening his own shop. I'm at Walton & Baldwin, so your just down the road. Hope to meet up at a show sometime.

Todd brother, you found me! Your intro sounds like you're trying to pick someone up.

Now I know where you've been hiding Ken . I've been out of the dating game about 20 years now, so I wouldn't know a pick up line if I wrote one .

Welcome Todd. I like the "forgotten years" personally. Never have owned one though I have rode around in a few. Swivel buckets are probably what makes me "remember" them the most.

Nice to see someone has cars after 1972. I prefer them because they are still nice looking and affordable cars. I consider them a nice blank canvas to do what you want and not worry about numbers matching and all that stuff.

need more '73-77 folks

This site seems to have the most knowledgable/mature following -- tons of valuable information!

I used to own a '73 442 & a '76 455 Supreme & would like to find another '76 455 Supreme & '73 model Oldsmobile A-body again someday.

Add an album or something if you get a chance or -- we love pix.

I also spend time over at www.73-77olds.com as do others on here that I've noticed (that's how I know Todd). That forum also has good people and is a friendly place to look for any 73-77 A body car and/or parts you may want. Knowledgable people too.

Thanks for the added welcomes! Scot, The swivels are one of the things that make these years cool for sure, I have a set I plan to install in my '76 project. Dave, I hear ya. I love the earlier years, but can't afford them any longer. Joel, this site is unbelievable, a lot of knowledge and I could spend weeks on here with all the info and pics. I added a few pics of my junk in the album if you want to check them out. Ken, the engine build looks like it's coming along nice, can't wait too see the completed pics. You already know how I feel, you have one of [if not thee] nicest '76 442 in the world. See ya on the Forum, talk to ya later.
