Omega 1980 Owner
Goodday. My name is Ton, situated in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and last week I bought an Omega 1980 2.8L V6.
The owner listed it pretty cheap and I was the first (more than 50 reacted after me) to make an appointment.
Standing next to the car, the owner showed me all the messages and people were bidding up to € 5000.
The owner was a man of his word and offered me the car for his initial askingprice, €2450.
A look under the hood showed me a new fuelpump and lines, new brakecilinder and brakehoses, a new starter, new airfilter, and a lot of 45 year old stuff.
Probably somebody started the renovation and died or something.
Well, I did not hesitate.
So, that's how I got into this forum.
I hope to get a lot of information, and to give back to.
