SBO headers on BBO

I'm considering running 307 headers on the 455 currently in my 85 442. Does anyone have experience with this? Fit problems? I understand I'll need custom pipes bent, which is fine.
Thanks

Why do you want to do this? They MAY fit, depending on the brand, but as you are probably aware, the taller deck height of the BBO will move the headers up and out. You are likely to have problems with header tubes hitting the steering shaft or other components. Also, depending on how the tubes in this specific set are bent, they may hit the bellhousing, starter, or firewall.

Hi Joe,

I'm looking for lower cost options than $600 over framerail super comp headers. Any suggestions?

So, did you find a better deal on some BBO headers yet?
