Newbie from the Land of wooden shoes and windmills
Hi everybody,
my name is Herman from the Netherlands and I think I'm one of the older newbie's. I'm 57 and father of three kids and a wife who are all crazy about American cars. I join in on this forum because we own a '76 Olds Cutlass Brougham wich we are going to use for street and strip next year. I bought the Olds last year in England (Europe) as a roller and am collecting parts since then. I'm a dragracer since 1976 and my oldest daughter is starting with the Olds next year. One thing I hope to find out on this forum is if a Olds wich I sold in Bakersfield in 1979 still excists (try to find a picture wich I will publish later). The picture of our Olds when it was advertised before I bought it is below.
Wel so far for now.
Regards Herman

Ok, ok, we get Olds64 talking German to our friends there, and now Jamesbo to our Dutch friends. I probably missed it but I bet some members spoke Finnish to our friends in Finland. And I still have trouble understanding the guys in the next state!
Welcome to CO. That car looks kind of like a road warrior with that scoop and stripe treatment. Kind of aggressive looking. Glad to have you and your family with us now.
