Welcome oldsbuilder,
what part of NC are you from? Tell us about your Oldsmobile, hopefully it's NOT ANOTHER 69 442....

Welcome to CO. If your moniker is a literal reflection of your profession I think we may be asking you some questions in the future.

I'm from Willow Spring, NC south of Raleigh. I have a 1966 f-85 aut bronze with a six under the hood and very low miles. I will post some pics later in the week. I also have a 1966 cutlass convert that my grandfather willed to me. Both of them my dad and I have worked on over the years and my kids are enjoying riding in now.

You ain't related to that Boyd feller, are ya? We're still trying to figure out where he was training up here. Not like CasVegas is that big, and a lot of it is state game lands.

Like the one John Aldridge and son had at the Nats a couple weeks back?

There are several excellent pictures of it in the Nats picture threads.

Probably 20 years ago, an Averett College student had its 4D sedan twin here, right down to the starfish dogbowls. The kid was absolutely not car people, but the car was actually pretty presentable. There was another one with a yellow 64 Cutlass ragtop and he WAS car people- I really enjoyed talking and working on that car with him (and every time it broke, you know who got called...).
