Can anyone point me the right direction for vacuum hose diagram for my 70 cutlass 2 barrel.

Welcome to the group... Purchase a 1970 Chassis Service Manual...

That service manual will be the best money you ever spent. They are usually all over ebay. The prices will vary so don't buy the first one you come to and don't buy the CD version. You want one with a few greasy fingerprints on it.
