New!

Greetings all. Just recently acquired a 1989 Cadillac Brougham with the Olds 307 (the Olds engine actually was part of the appeal) for my daughter and it's got some potentially big troubles. I figured I'd join and hopefully someone else has had a similar problem and solved it.

I've had multiple Olds engines over the years (1990 Custom Cruiser and Trans Am with 403) but this is the first one I'll be actually diving into instead of paying someone else to do it!

Welcome, hope you get the broken bolt straightened out. Post some car pictures when you get a chance.

Ask and receive!

It's not a cheap car without a tow being required to get it home...

Broken fillers, life as usual with a car of this era.

Interior is fortunately not trashed!

Waiting on light sockets for the information center in the dash. The bulbs weren't working and each one broke the metal finger stock off when I removed them. Cheap design.
