Every person I've spoken with says the same thing ... Win8 only works if you have a touch screen. That's how it's designed.

Posting picture tho ... that's a feature of either the browser, or the website. Win8 has nothing to do with it.

I'd say get a copy of Chrome, Firefox, or Opera and use one of those instead of Explorer.

Could be that Explorer for Win8 is weird.

OR, just come over to the Dark Side and get a Mac.

The ability to post photos should have nothing to do with whether you're using Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, or Windows 3.1 for that matter. I use computers will 8, 7, and XP and have posted photos with all three without a problem.

While Windows 8 is geared toward touch-screen computing, it is by no means limited to that. The computer I use it on is a Gateway desktop that originally had Windows Vista on it. I installed Windows 8 and use it just fine with no touch screen.

I would not blame Windows 8 for your problems posting photos. What, exactly, are you having trouble with? How, exactly, did you do it with your earlier computer that doesn't work now? A bit more information might better help us help you. Posting photos should be strictly an issue between this site and your web browser and not be dependent on the operating system.
