what is the ratio of a stock torque converter on a 400

Just trying to figure out if i need to change the stock converter.
455.bored. 40 over,mild cam.will be changing. from v-6 2.70 rear to 3.42 rear.
upgrading intake manifold to elderbrock performer and elderbrock performer 750carb
so with these changes what stall converter do i need .

A really small one. Like 1800-2200.
