Vapor line rust

Vapor line rust
Installing a new tank on a 72. The vapor lines are free flowing but have some rust buildup inside. I Flushed them with fresh fuel. How important is it that these 3 lines are clean? Should I find a long pipe cleaner to run through them or will I be ok?
