I merged your three identical questions to avoid duplication. The rear axle in your car is unique to the 1961-63 Olds F-85/Cutlass and Buick Special/Skylark. Nothing interchanges with any other GM car and there are no easy swaps. Some of the rear axle specialists stock rebuild parts for these axles, but gear sets and posi units do not exist unless you find used parts. Kanter sells the axle bearings and seals.
