Power steering pump on 400 Ci

I'm trying to install vintage air in my 1967 442.
The compressor mounts high on the drivers side, so I have to move the power steering pump lower. I bought a smaller pump from a fellow member ,complete with brackets. It doesn't line up just right, but it would if I had a 3 groove crank pulley. It would line up with the 2 groove pulley that I have now , but I would have to change grooves for the alternator ( big hassle).
Is there such a thing as 3 groove pulleys for my crank and water pump.
If so, will the 3 groove water pump pulley push my fan farther towards the radiator ?
Thanks. , tedl

Wouldn't you want the a/c on the pass side of the block? My 442 has the original compressor and it is in the pass side.

I thought it would be easier to use vintage brackets, rather than move the alternator and have to get new brackets for it. And also come up with brackets for the compressor for the passenger side. Maybe not.

Correct 66-67 style AC compressor mounts on the passenger side the alternator then mounts off the top of the power steering bracket and the pulley on the power steering pump is different but the ps pump and brackets are the same.

I would think if you bought a kit to add A/C on, it should have the correct brkts and the pulleys.
Did you buy a kit or piecing it together ?

All the power steering pumps mount high on the driver side, 64 to 67. Even 64 to 67 A/C cars had the power steering and alt on the driver side. Maybe get the pump and brkts for a 64 to 67 A/C car and try to mount the add on compressor where the alt use to mount.
The 68 to 72 power steering pump mount low, and should bolt up, BUT will have a different offset for the pulleys.

I suspect that the aftermarket kits are designed to fit the only the more popular 68-72 cars.
