Cool please don’t snicker

Hello all!,
Newbie here. My name is Rick from Detroit. I am restoring a ‘70 442 convertible and am just now in the process of amassing the required parts and more importantly, I now seek the knowledge and insight and experience of those who have come before me. I want to thank everyone for any info, guidance and correcting of errors that these forums can provide.
My first question: (soon to be followed by many more), I am converting to the Rally Pack gauges but am wondering about the two harnesses involved. I do have the install kit,(sending units, tach cable, etc). Will the original engine and dash harnesses work or will modification be necessary?

Thanks to all and I really appreciate the warm welcomes! I will definitely take the advice given but unfortunately it will be awhile before re assembly begins. But I knew you guys would come through. Thanks again and I’ll be back.

GET A SHOP MANUAL!!!! Incredibly helpful.

If you get the digital one it's cheaper.

Have fun, try not to let yourself get crazy frustrated. Walk away when you need to.
