Hi all, first time on your site. This has alot of good info.Dad & I stumbled on our 66 toro back in 2005 It ran good enuff to get 28 miles to home. With new fuel, air, oil filter & oiland a MAJOR cleaning, it made it to the parade 2 wks later.Actually we were very lucky to get such a nice find. The mice made their home there but didn't chew anything apart, just made a stink!! We are looking for a set of seat belts for the front,if anybody can point me in the right direction?

Welcome to the site! Please post pictures of your car when you can. I'd encourage you to create a parts wanted ad in that forum for the seat belts. Also, if you could include a picture of the rear ones to show which style of buckle clasp you need, and what color of nylon your belts are. If need be, you can dye the cloth or even have new webbing installed. But the clasp and release button needs to match! John

Welcome to CO. X2 on posting in the parts wanted section. I do know there are repop belts available from some of the big parts sources, maybe Fusick or Kanter would have them...................maybe.

Thanks for all the quick replies. i don't get here that often, but I do appreciate the help! Haven't been out to look over my 66 much this year, too cold & too busy. I need to pull the gas tank& check the inside. Last Parade(summer of 2010) I changed the inline twice, both times within 20 miles, both times plugged w/big chunks.... what do I xpect, right? 45 yr old tank,MAYBE a little rust & dirt???? Hah!!!

Welcome

Welcome aboard

I took my tank to a local radiator shop and they clean and flushed it for me.
