Hi,
I'm from Belgium and recently bought a Cadillac Brougham with a 307 Oldsmobile engine. Since engine needs serious maintenance and a bit of work because it was neglected by the previous owner, I have some questions for you guys. Here in Belgium there is just no way to find info and parts for these great US V8 engines. We all drive those boring 4 cilinder diesel engines because gas and tax are stupidly high.

Welcome to C.O.! you will need the service manual to do the adjustments step by step to tune the engine.

You did not mention the year but a quick search for 1984 turned up this:https://www.google.com/webhp?sourcei...anual&tbm=shop

Please use only the factory manual!
