well. I for one will look forward to your contributions, aren't many folks who have owned any car that long let alone a W30, you can be an excellent source to some of us guys trying to detail our cars. Show us some pics!
Bear the new guy,,,,well just for a day or two...
here ism the conv, orig color bambll and gold strips, all orig except I have custom wheels and 2X3's on it. all orig parts are staored and preserved in boxes.
I have to hunt for pics on the hardtop, itz matador red and white strips and black vinyle top..

wow, awesome pics, and you are right the convertible is just a terrible color combo, just isn't worth a dime, I'll take off your hands so minimize your frustration.
I actually prefer the Bsmboo, I too have never seen that color combo in person but have seen pics of many. My SX was Bamboo, I'd like to bring it back to that and stripe it gold with a painted gold hardtop.
The one car towing the other is awesome!!!

Steve:
That was a major mess by the painter. We had one extra W-30 emblem so/and he deicided the truck lid need it.....;'(
I didn't want to fill in and repaint so we left it there. I catch hel. with the 100%ers, but I kind of like it there and since it is a true W-30, i don't see any reason to remove it. The next owner can if he has heartburn with it....
I have owned this car since 1975 so I don't se getting rid of it anytime soon...besides I think my son would shot me.....;.)

I'm sure you do, but seeing its been there for a while it's kind of cool, I'd leave it as well - until the next paint job.
oh, they are REAL for sure, I bought my conv in the 70's when people didn't do this clone chit, it was a daily driver, my hardtop, I bought from a friend and seen all the documents when it was new, but who knew to keep all the paperwork when your young and just bought a W30...anyway, I have had these cars for over 30 years and I am going to start the search for the missing built sheet this summer. Never really cared about them before. guess I am getting old...lol
